David McCaskey

About David I. McCaskey, Esq.


A lifelong Virginia resident, Mr. McCaskey lives in Staunton, Virginia, where he has practiced law since 1979, including four years when he served as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for Augusta County.

In 1993 Mr. McCaskey and Becky McCaskey donated the first Riparian Conservation Easement in Augusta County. This was the beginning of a program which has enabled the local Soil and Water Conservation Board to stabilize many acres of stream banks, preventing erosion along small streams that constitute the headwaters of the Shenendoah River.

Ms. Pyle is a Virginia native licensed to practice law in Virginia and Illinois. She specializes in estate planning and administration, mental health law, and court-appointed work on behalf of children. She also has experience in legal ethics, special education, and government representation.
